1. Conservation and Use of your personal data
The information collected on our forms is recorded in a computerized file by SCA Daheuiller to communicate information related to the brand and services of SCA Daheuiller.
They are kept for 10 years and are intended for the marketing department and the sales department established within the European Union.
This file is accessible only by management, employees of the marketing division and the commercial division within SCA Daheuiller.

2. Consent and Processing of your personal data
By checking the mandatory consent box before submitting each form on the daheuiller.com website (“I authorize SCA Daheuiller to contact me in a personalized way about its services. Your personal data will never be communicated to third parties.” ) you explicitly authorize the storage and processing of your data for the purpose of making you aware of our services.
You authorize:
• An employee of the company daheuiller.vins@orange.fr to contact you for any commercial relations
• The Marketing department to provide you with personalized information about our services
• Our IT solution to store information concerning (delete unnecessary mentions) your personal data, your navigation path, your downloads on the daheuiller.com site in order to segment our contact lists and to send you only communications that may have a interest for you, in a personalized way. This data is stored within the European Union.

3. Withdrawal of Consent regarding your personal data
3.1. Right of access to your personal data
You have the right to access, modify and/or delete data concerning you at any time by contacting our IT department:
By post: 28 rue du Ruault 49400 Varrains accompanied by a copy of an identity document. Ideally, by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt.
On site at our premises: with presentation of an identity document. The CNIL specifies: “It is possible to be accompanied by the person of your choice. The consultation should last long enough to take note conveniently and completely. It is possible to request a copy of the data.”
The person responsible for the file has a maximum response time of 2 months from the request, whether made by post or on site. The CNIL specifies: “If the request is incomplete (absence of the identity document for example), the person responsible for the file is entitled to request additional information: the deadline is then suspended and starts again once these elements have been provided”.

3.2. Changing your subscriptions
You can also freely modify your possible subscriptions to our communications by clicking on “Modify my preferences” at the bottom of each of our communications sent by e-mail.
To unsubscribe from all communications from SCA Daheuiller, you must click on the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of our emails. You can then choose:
• to modify your preferences for receiving our communications
• to unsubscribe from all marketing and commercial communications until you resubmit your consent on the website.
